We want you to be completely satisfied with your new baits! If for any reason you’re not, here’s our simple exchange and return policy:
Returns:
- Eligibility: You can return unused and undamaged lures within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Process:
- Please contact us to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Pack the lures securely in their original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the package back to us.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned lures, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, 1 damaged item).
Exchanges:
- Eligibility: You can exchange unused and undamaged lures within 30 days of the original purchase date.

- Please inform us of the item you want to exchange, and the new item you wish to receive.
- We will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Pack the lures securely in their original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the package back to us.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will ship the replacement item to you at no additional shipping charge. If there is a price difference between the items, we will either refund or charge you the difference.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we will offer a refund or a suitable alternative.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions:
- Custom-made or personalized lures are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or incorrect.
